Two collection desks were set up outside the mess.Volunteers actively participated in spreading the word, engaging with everyone passing by. To kickstart the collection, they reached out to their friends, encouraging them to contribute small items like charging cords and headphones. Although the collection was low on the first day, it helped raise awareness and laid the groundwork for the drive’s success in the following days. Special mention goes to all those involved on the first day for their proactive efforts in ensuring that many individuals were informed about the drive.

This fortunate meeting led to the collection of boxes filled with ceiling lights and bundles of tube lights. With these final contributions, we wrapped up the drive successfully, reflecting the strong commitment and teamwork of everyone involved.
Recycling Partner:
We arranged for a recycling organisation to handle the responsible disposal of the collected e-waste. They came to pick it up from the campus, and Shubh Chaubey volunteered to coordinate the process.

The four-day e-waste drive saw active participation from volunteers across campus, who worked tirelessly to spread awareness and collect electronic waste. From setting up collection desks and engaging with different departments to visiting hostels and gathering contributions, the drive successfully led to a large collection of e-waste.
