The HR Cell successfully conducted a guest lecture on Being Resourceful by Ms. Soumya Mohan, Deputy General Manager at Aragen Lifesciences Ltd. She shared her personal journey and provided key insights on self-development and standing out in professional spaces.
A highlight of the session was the Thinking Hats activity, where six students were called upon and given different coloured hats, each symbolizing a unique perspective:
