Summary:

We successfully conducted HR Trivia on Kahoot , bringing an engaging and gamified learning experience to students. The quiz was designed to test participants' knowledge of human resources while also making learning fun and interactive. Kahoot’s real-time leaderboard and fast-paced format kept the competition exciting, ensuring that every second counted.

A total of four teams participated, making for an intense and closely contested event. The quiz was structured in two rounds —the first round featured general HR-related questions, testing fundamental knowledge in areas like recruitment, workplace ethics, and organizational behavior. The top three teams from this round advanced to the second round, which focused on scenario-based questions that required critical thinking and decision-making.

The competition became even more intense in the final moments as teams battled for the top spot.Team Queens , consisting of Akanksha Narayan, Mahalakshmi Anugna, and Haarika Nukella, made a spectacular last-minute comeback, securing the first prize just before the final question. Their ability to think quickly and strategically helped them climb the leaderboard at the last moment, making for an exhilarating finish.

Using Kahoot added a dynamic and gamified element to the event, making learning feel more engaging and interactive. The instant feedback, time-bound questions, and live rankings pushed participants to stay alert and competitive. The format not only tested knowledge but also encouraged quick decision-making and adaptability—two essential HR skills.

The event concluded with the winners being recognized for their impressive performance. Overall, HR Trivia was a fun and insightful session that reinforced the power of gamified learning and interactive education in professional development.
