Event Name: Interactive Session With Industry Experts

OBJECTIVE:

• To get a glimpse into the corporate world.
• Learning how to build a strong resume using your existing skills.
• Raising Awareness regarding Career Guidance.

OUTCOME:

• At the end of the session the students gained knowledge on the corporate world and culture and got familiar with current business trends.
• Students were briefed on future career paths that they can pursue and how to achieve their career goals.

BRIEF REPORT:

This is the first session conducted by the Corporate Relations Cell of SCMS-H. The event started by Ruchirekha Das introducing our guests and extending a warm welcome to our guests, Mr Anirudh Srikanth,Management Analyst for internal audits at HSBC and Mr Neeraj Nandan, Marketing Specialist and Management Trainee in Global Bid Management at Hexaware. The two esteemed speakers are also alumnus of SIBM-H and formerly served as the Head and Deputy Head of the Career Assistance Team of SIBM-H.

The speakers provided insightful remarks into the corporate world of the 2020s. The students were engaged with the session as the speakers provided real-world examples and gave tips

from their experience in the business world. The session was highly informative as both Mr. Srikanth and Mr. Nandan gave instructions on resume building, how to crack job interviews and how to improve yourself to become the perfect fit for the market.

The session ended by the speakers opening up the stage for questions and uplifting the students to be more active and to learn the current business trends for a brighter future. The vote of thanks was then delivered by Apeksha Gaur to express sincere gratitude towards Mr. Srikanth and Mr. Nandan for their informative session.
