BRIEF REPORT:

The session was held in the training room and conducted by Dr. G. Swathi Kumari. The event took place on 17th October 2024, from 10:50 AM – 12:50 PM, exclusively for V semester HR cell students.

Dr. G. Swathi Kumari engaged students with a psychometric test to help them understand their emotional intelligence (EI). Each student was given a paper, containing questions related to EI, designed to analyze their well-being. After they filled out the papers, she guided them in interpreting their EI scores, identifying who had low, average, and above average EI.

She then explained the key theories and concepts of positive psychology and well-being by showing them engaging videos to enhance their understanding. Toward the end of the session, she led students through a fun and relaxing set of activities, including laughing meditation, and dance, encouraging them to relax, smile, and enjoy the moment and life.
