Brief Report:

The Revive and Thrive activity was conducted successfully, with two teams participating in a highly competitive and engaging session. The event was judged by Dr. Ishaq Ahmad Dar, who evaluated the teams based on their strategic approach, feasibility of solutions, and presentation skills.

Each team was given the case study of the Tata Nano, a struggling automobile project that faced challenges in positioning, pricing, and consumer perception. The teams were tasked with formulating a revival strategy within a stipulated time of 1 day. The participants demonstrated a commendable understanding of financial management, market analysis, and innovative thinking.

After a thorough evaluation, the team consisting ofSai Pragna Ambati, Arfa Alam, and Shivam Kumar from BBA batch 2024 - 28 emerged as the winners. Their strategy was well-structured, practical, and effectively addressed the core issues of the business. The runner-up team, comprising Pranava Chandanam, and Almas Uddin Mallick from BBA batch 2023-27 also presented strong ideas but fell slightly short in execution compared to the winning team. However, both team showed exceptional presentation skills.

In conclusion Revive and Thrive activity was a resounding success, fostering an enriching learning experience for all participants. The event not only challenged students to think analytically but also honed their ability to work under pressure. The valuable insights shared by Ishaq Ahmad Dar Sir added significant learning value, making this initiative a fruitful endeavor. The enthusiasm and innovative solutions presented by the teams reflect the potential of future business leaders in tackling real-world challenges effectively.
