ACTIVITY : Swachhata Pakhwada
Objective:
To promote and sustain cleanliness and hygiene practices among communities, ensuring a cleaner and healthier environment for all.
Outcome:
It lead to improve public health by reducing diseases caused by poor sanitation, and create a more pleasant living environment through cleaner surroundings.

To promote environmental consciousness and show case about importance of cleanliness in our campus and nearby village,
the ISR Club – Ikshana of SCMS members conducted the cleanliness drive activity on 12th September 2024

As the activity is to generate awareness among students and people live in the campus about the importance of cleanliness can make an impact in everyone life’s.
Initially the Swachhata Pakwada program started with making a pledge which could lead of an inspiration of every student to save the environment and to become more responsible citizen to save the country
from pollution. Through pledge the students even know how to spread swachhata among the community and the number of hours to be spent for cleanliness of the society.

As part of sanitation, the washrooms were checked and to maintain sanity, tissue papers were arranged for good hygiene.

Further campus was cleaned in the rain water storage area and garbage area cleaned by removing garbage and sprayed phenyl

In addition to the event program, wall writings and paintings were used as powerful tools to continuously reinforce the message of cleanliness. With the collaboration of the arts club, the event concluded with creative artwork that successfully raised awareness among the youth about the importance
of maintaining cleanliness. These artistic expressions left a lasting impact, effectively engaging and inspiring young people to support the cause of Swachhta.
